Q: How can I get a Personal Reading?
A: An appointment is set up by calling me at 646-641-1672.  I will need your full birth date while making the appointment on the phone.
Q: My Time of Birth is not certain, can you still help me?
A: In most cases I can help if the birth date is correct without recorded time.  We'll use GMT Noon.   I have helped many by making a solar horoscope and giving indications for the future as Alan Leo did.
Q: How long do I have to wait for an Appointment?
A: It varies from week to week. Depending upon how busy I am, you can get an appointment within a week, sometimes it may
take longer.
Q: What do I get for my money?
A: You can get answers pertaining to your health, most propitious times for starting a new enterprise, a partner comparison, relocation, the best places for health and wealth, how to plan your family, electional chart (how to time your special event), vocational guidance (where your greatest potential lies), solar returns chart (erected for the exact time your Sun returns to its natal position), etc.
Q: How accurate are you?
A: In most cases about 70%.
Q: Do you accept credit cards or checks? 
A: We do not accept personal checks or credit cards.  Money
orders and travelers checks are accepted.  The cost is $100
for one horoscope.  The chart erection (2 charts are made
before  the reading) plus one hour reading. Session fee: $100
in total.

Q: Are you  very expensive?
A: I am fairly reasonable, considering what you get, and the time, thought and energy it takes to produce an accurate horoscope, one that gives results.  I spell out the specifics, and some clever people have used my specifics to get exactly what they want - love, money, success.  Getting what you really want is beyond price in this complicated world.
Q: Why should I trust you?
A: The proof of the pudding is in the eating.  When you see me, ask me to tell your past in a nutshell.  I will do so instantly, so that you can be sure that I am not just trying to convince you that I am so great.  Let the facts prove themselves.
Q: How often do your clients visit you?
A: People who play high stakes visit me quite often, because they have a lot to lose.  Others come to see me whenever they require guidance on a particular problem or in planning their future.
Q: Where are you located?
A: My office is located in mid-town Manhattan.

Ostaro's technique of chart erection and delineation. Explanation.:
    First a tropical chart (a computerized print-out) is made from the birth data furnished. Then a second chart is erected with my own system and cross aspects of all planets (the speculum) established. Then all the information is analyzed
and synthesized and conclusions made as to the future.  All this is done before you arrive. The creation of a natal chart is based upon the astronomical data provided by an ephemeris, and is a mathematical process, and then follow the analysis and synthesis of all the forces acting upon an individual.
     In the determination of future events various methods namely Syrian and Indian systems are taken into account fully keeping in view the Kabbalistic influences at work. It should be borne in mind that the stars only impel and not compel a human being. A chart interpretation must be studied in the light of the whole, for on casual examination various traits and aspects 
may appear quite contradictory.
    The synthesis of contradictions in a chart make this study so interesting and worthy of attention to the truth seeker who ventures to take a plunge for the rest must remain content with the superficial crumbs that nature throws at them.
